The non-breakable polycarbonate also meets most fire-retardant specifications with a viewable area of 4-3/4” (121mm) per panel. If desired, the solid aluminum panels block visibility.
The model 677 offers door options of custom radii and curves, thumb-turn guards, and vertical adjustments upward and downward. Additionally, the post types include:
- Lead post: Hook lock using a wall channel with bi-part, top, and bottom shoot bolts
- Intermediate post: Bottom shoot bolt;
- Trailing end post: Traveling, fixed, hook lock and wall jamb, top and bottom shoot bolts, carrier
Depending on the post, the available locking mechanisms include: Lead – lock with concealed cylinder-operated hook lock (accessible from interior and exterior); Intermediate – lock with bottom shoot bolt; Trailing end post – traveling, fixed, lock and wall jamb, top and bottom shoot bolts, carrier.
The finish for this security grille is clear anodized aluminum, and there are powder-coat finishes in 215 color options, with the availability of custom color matching.
